After procrastinating our large window replacement project for a while because we thought it would be so stressful, we finally went ahead and started making some calls. From the minute they answered the phone we felt like Renewal by Andersen was the right choice- they were really polite and answered every question I had very patiently and knowledgeably. Every step of the process after that went very smoothly, I was so relieved, from management to the installers. The crew was prompt and polite and stayed true to everything they said they'd do. The amount of time they said it would take was accurate, they didn't leave any kind of mess for me (thank you) and they were even great with my dog. When the whole thing was done I walked through the house smiling and admired how amazing everything came out. I won't put it off next time, I'd call this company again any time. We are really pleased!
The customer service rep all the all the way up to the installers themselves were very thorough, professional, and friendly. The sales rep even came back to the house on day two of the install to make sure we were happy with the progress so far. The installers went above and beyond to satisfy specific concerns or questions. All in all Andersen was a great experience and choice. We are looking to have them do more work next year!
Excellent experience with renewal by Andersen. The installation crew arrived on time and did it great job installing my first floor windows. I’m Very satisfied! Great service and very professional from the salesman, the measuring and then the final installation! I would highly recommend this organization. I plan on having the second floor windows replaced with Renewal by Andersen next year.
I couldn’t be happier with the professionals at Renewal by Andersen. I had 21 double hung windows installed in my house and the installation team did superior work. They were very respectful of my home and left it cleaner than they found it.
