Window Installation Professional positions are available in the Capital District and Hudson Valley.

The successful candidate is a detail oriented, results driven person with the ability to work well in a team environment. This person must, at all times, be able to maintain a pleasant professional attitude with customers. He/She has to be experienced in working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and must multitask well and have experience with computers and scheduling.
This position will be responsible for assisting the Production Department in managing the production work flow to ensure Sale Agreement compliance and Installation Crews project completion. The goal of the position is to ensure the most efficient and cost effective implementation of our customer’s projects, reduce the turnaround time of production procedures and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate administrative processing for pertinent procedures and company employees
- Maintain weekly progress report and provide to the Production Manager
- Scheduling customer projects and communicating dates with customers
- Assist in the hiring and retaining of the best Installation Teams of fine craftsmen and Production Support Staff
- Make a constant effort to review, evaluate, and recommend updates and/or changes to improve the flow of production through the chain of management.
- Provide point of contact for customers from released to production to job complete.
- Ensure Homeowner Satisfaction (HOS) levels achieve or exceed company standards
- The individual must be a detail-oriented person that can efficiently multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- The individual must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- The individual must have good supervisory skills to inspect, analyze, and evaluate the flow of production on the Strategic and Tactical Tasks of department positions.
- The individual must have good written and oral communications to problem solve and inform other Production Staff about concerns with solutions.
- Must be willing to continuously acquire knowledge as it pertains to company success and growth.
- Must be willing to consistently “Think Like A Customer” and promote the company culture.
- Prior experience in scheduling is a strong plus
