4 Ways to Dress Up Your Renewal by Andersen® Windows
October 21, 2016Curb appeal is important for any homeowner because it adds property value. One way to add flair to your home is to invest in custom windows. You can dress up your windows in four different ways:
How to Dress Up Your Renewal by Andersen® Windows
- Colors and finishes – You can choose from our wide range of finishes that will match any architectural style. For the inside of your windows, you can opt for basic pine, oak, and maple finishes. You can also choose a white, canvas, sandstone, or Terratone® finish, which are also available as exterior colors. For other exterior options, we offer cocoa bean, forest green, dark bronze, and black.
- Hardware – You can add elegance to your windows with our hardware options. Our Estate™ hardware collection comes in classic brass, chrome, nickel, and bronze finishes. Our casement windows come with different cranks that add charm. You can select Classic Series™, compact hardware, metal T-handle, Metro™, Newbury®, and Anvers®.
- Grille patterns – We offer different grille patterns for every window installation that we do. Our farmhouse pattern has two vertical bars with a wide horizontal rail. For double-hung windows, we have colonial grilles where you can select the number of squares per sash. The prairie pattern comes with two vertical and two horizontal bars per sash, while our modified prairie has only one horizontal bar per sash.
- Insect screens – If you want to keep allergens and dust away, we recommend our TruScene® insect screens. This micro-fine stainless steel mesh lets in fresh air while keeping allergens out. This offers 50% more clarity compared with standard insect screens. TruScene is also lightweight, and you can remove it easily for cleaning.
With these features, you can have windows that meet your design needs. We also offer different designs, like a quality bow window, to match your home’s architectural style. You can even mix and match these designs to make your home stand apart from the rest.
